Selection meetings are completely optional.
If you’ve already provided inspiration photos or have a clear vision for your florals, we can easily work with you remotely.
That said, we love meeting our couples and helping bring their ideas to life in person whenever possible. -
We offer flexible hire periods, typically around 48 hours, with the option to extend where possible.
For collection and return, you’ll need an enclosed SUV or a ute with a canopy. To protect our florals, arrangements cannot be transported in an open tray. -
Pink Friday Events will deliver and collect hired items at the agreed location, date, and time as outlined in the booking confirmation
For clients arranging their own collection and return, all pickup and drop-off details must be adhered to as specified in the invoice. The Client assumes responsibility for all hired items from the time of collection until they are safely returned to Pink Friday Events.

Pink Friday Events agrees to provide the silk floral hire products and services outlined in the Client’s invoice and booking confirmation. By proceeding with a booking, the Client accepts the specifications, pricing, and terms outlined in this agreement.
All floral arrangements, styling items, and hire products supplied by Pink Friday Events remain the property of Pink Friday Events at all times and are provided on a hire-only basis.
The Client acknowledges that any hired items not returned, lost, stolen, or damaged during the hire period will incur replacement or repair costs, payable by the Client.

A non-refundable booking fee of 30% is required to secure your event date and hire items.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the event date.
If final payment is not received by the due date, Pink Friday Events reserves the right to cancel the booking. In this instance, all monies paid, including the booking fee, will be forfeited.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Should the Client cancel their booking, the 30% booking fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date will result in the forfeiture of the full booking amount, and no refunds will be issued.
Where possible, and at the discretion of Pink Friday Events, a booking credit may be offered for a future event date. Any credit issued must be used for the same hire package and services outlined in the original invoice.

For outdoor events, the Client is responsible for providing a suitable indoor or weather-protected alternative location in the event of adverse weather conditions.
Pink Friday Events cannot be held responsible for weather-related disruptions where an alternative location has not been provided.

Pink Friday Events specialises in premium silk florals designed to closely resemble fresh flowers. While every effort is made to achieve the desired aesthetic, exact replication of fresh flower varieties, colours, sizes, or inspiration images cannot be guaranteed.
The Client acknowledges they have viewed Pink Friday Events’ portfolio and understands the overall design style and floral aesthetic provided.
As with fresh florals, flower varieties, colours, and arrangement sizes may vary slightly depending on product availability, design requirements, and seasonal stock updates.
Pink Friday Events reserves the right to make minor design substitutions where necessary while maintaining the overall look, feel, and value of the arrangement.
